Great beautiful stands are given when you buy this Gu Zheng but they are too big for traveling. The bag for stands you will need to buy it because it is not given.
The stands given with the Gu Zheng are really beautiful in shape and red color. They are the traditional stands. And it is worth to have them at home.
I am giving all my tips for this traveled size Gu Zheng.

To summarize : this Gu Zheng is a JEWEL. But you will need some adjustment to be able to travel greatly with it. Otherwise at home, he is just perfect in all aspects.

I have to say that i am blessed to begin with such a beautiful instrument. I love my Gu Zheng and i wish everyone who wish to learn , to learn with such an instrument. The sound is beautiful and the more i play and the more i appreciate it. I simply LOVE love this Gu Zheng. And i am in love with the “Blue Grotto” music of Beibei in the demonstration i have to say.
To travel, of course this Gu Zheng is more practical than the full size because it is smaller 1meter35 vs. 1meter 63.
BUT you have to know that it is easier on english website to find a good solid bag for the full size than this actual size. It is important to precise if you need to travel a lot with it and protect your Gu Zheng. You can find a great solid bag in chinese website for this size but for that you need to understand Chinese. Otherwise a bag is given with it of course when you buy this Gu Zheng but you will need a better bag if you travel a lot with it.
I feel it is important to precise.

In the end, all i can say is that THIS GU ZHENG is simply BEAUTIFUL. I recommend it. And i bless this Gu zheng and anyone,everyone playing it.
